Booking with Chevelle was such a quick and easy process. I am left speechless at how flawless her planning of our trip was. This was also recommended by Chevelle and I am glad we opted in. The resort Chevelle recommended was one of a kind and definitely a breathtaking experience. There were so many amenities and excursions included with the resort at no extra cost. Chevelle absolutely made traveling so affordable and easy, we cannot wait to book our next vacation with her.
We contacted JEK Travels last year in January inquiring about a destination wedding to the Caribbean. I ended up working with Chevelle who was very knowledgeable in every aspect of planning the group wedding. She asked a lot of questions so she could select the best resort that was affordable to everyone in the group. Chevelle went on to explain the services that JEK Travels offered and the vacation planning fee. We had the wedding planned for July 25, 2020. With Covid we were uncertain and decided to change the dates to 2021. Chevelle explained the cancellation penalties if we canceled and she suggested we change the dates and all the money paid will be transferred to the new dates. Not once was I stressed out as I knew we were working with a professional that works day in and out with the resorts.
